NJTV News: NJ gas tax increase hits drivers at worst time

GSI’s president Regina Egea was among those interviewed by NJTV News’ Senior Correspondent Brenda Flanagan on the 22% increase in the Gas Tax that went into effect on October 1st. Ms. Egea emphasized that the state is behind schedule on spending funds from the Transportation Trust Fund and that Governor Murphy could have used his executive power to cancel this increase.
