Justin J. Carifi

Justin Carifi is the Senior Digital & Events Associate of Garden State Initiative (GSI). He graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey with a BS in Science and a BA in Education with a concentration in Special Needs. Justin is completing two Masters degrees in both Chemistry and Education from the same institution.

Previously, Justin worked for Tiffany & Co. in their gem and merchandise testing laboratory. From this work experience, Justin gained invaluable skills in product development, marketing and quality assurance.

After working at Tiffany & Co, Justin had the privilege to work as a Legislative Aide and later, Deputy Chief of Staff for Assemblywoman BettyLou DeCroce, the representative from the 26th District of the New Jersey Legislature. During this time, he oversaw constituent issues, concerns, and inquiries. He provided support services and assisted in developing new legislation with the Assemblywoman.

Justin is committed to volunteering in his community by joining both the Rotary Club and Kiwanis Club of Parsippany. He is passionate about being part of organizations that provide service to others, promote integrity, and improve the world one child and one community at a time.
