Founded in 1900, the Parsippany-based Local 102 trains and represents over 3,000 qualified electricians in New Jersey and northwest Pennsylvania.

Pat Delle Cava has been with IBEW Local 102 for over two decades and comes from a family steeped in organized labor leadership. His grandfather Pasquale ran the Laborers Union back in 1932 out of Paterson, his uncle Tom led the Plumbers Steamfitters union and his dad, another Pasquale, ran IBEW Local 102!
