Senator Testa represents the 1st legislative district, which includes Atlantic, Cape May and Cumberland counties in South Jersey. Jason Rosenberg is a senior manager in the state and local tax practice at Withum, and a leader of the NJ CPA State Taxation Interest Group.
The discussion was part of GSI’s recent policy forum on Pennsylvania’s business tax cuts and what that means for New Jersey. Mike and Jason’s remarks outline the competitive disadvantage that businesses in our state face due to high taxes, and an oppressive regulatory climate.
